Your initial appointment takes place at the studio where Artisan displays its product offerings in a real-life rather than showroom manner. The functional displays illustrates Artisan’s design skills and creative use of accessories which helps you visualize what you are looking for. At Artisan, you and your designer discuss cabinet and countertop options and prepare a projected budget. If that budget meets your needs and expectations, then a 50 percent design retainer is all that is needed to begin the design process. If you select Artisan to supply your cabinetry and countertops, the retainer is applied 100 percent against the cost of the cabinetry.
